WHP innovated a holistic model of care that involves a coordinated and cohesive team of professionals. WHP values a team approach to care because we realize that all aspects of a woman’s life must be addressed for her to become and stay healthy.

Susan Shea, FNP, MS Susan Shea, FNP, MS
Susan has cared for HIV+ women and families for over 20 years. She has championed a "harm reduction model of care" that allows the most at risk HIV+ women to always feel safe and comfortable accessing care at WHP.
